Personality

Scratch is a wild card. She's very unpredictable and is thought to be crazy. She rarely says a word, just makes weird sounds, like babbles and cackles and giggles. (think of a mix of the Tasmanian Devil from Looney Tunes and Ed from The Lion King)

"Scratch" and her brother "Splotch" were once normal mobians. They were kidnapped by a mad scientist to be used as test subjects for his experiments. "Scratch" and "Splotch" were some of the few test subjects that survived. After some of his subjects escaped, they were sent out by the mad scientist to capture them. But alas, they never returned. Rumor has it that they're actually still trying to fulfill their mission, but the experiments took too much of a toll on their brains and they can't function properly. Those who've spotted them have given them the nicknames "Scratch" and "Splotch", for the weird, rainbow, scratch-like splotches on their bodies.
